Called the number listed to get information on one of their buildings. The woman who answered had me on speaker with household background noises, hanged up on me, and did not pick up 5 further calls. What kind of people do you employ?
Balcony is so bad that we can feel the small pebbles that are sticking on the bottom feet. Did talked to the superintendent and superintendent talked to the manager and the response from the manager is like you need to sweep and wear the SHOES whenever you are going into the balcony. I do not know about other locations, however the Widdicombe buildings have the worst management from my personal experience. The superintendent of 63 acts like he owns the building and strangely the property manager co-play his games. The service they provide is minimal and you have to constantly contact them for the job to get done. The common areas always have something to complain about. Customer service is not able to answer questions properly as well as when we ask them for property manager they always have the excuse that they are busy somewhere if you are not able to help your current residents how would you expect anyone to stay in your apartment.
