I do not know about other locations, however the Widdicombe buildings have the worst management from my personal experience. The superintendent of 63 acts like he owns the building and strangely the property manager co-play his games. The service they provide is minimal and you have to constantly contact them for the job to get done. The common areas always have something to complain about. Customer service is not able to answer questions properly as well as when we ask them for property manager they always have the excuse that they are busy somewhere if you are not able to help your current residents how would you expect anyone to stay in your apartment.
Excellent management services for our office and warehouse. The team is professional, helpful, and always smooth communications.
I recently had my tiles done in my apartment and Jorge Chavez & Chris did a wonderful job!
