I am living in neighborhoods and was walking today afternoon in Baif street exactly in front of these buildings. None of the residents who left the parking stopped when I was passing in front of the parking entrance, Not even a second!! and also pretended they did not see me. When I called the 40 Baif building Superintendent, he said this is not an emergency and disconnected the call!!! I was shocked!!! How not stopping for pedestrians is not important and reporting such a thing, is not an emergency case? Poor management!!!
