Janine has always been helpful, courteous and professional. Have not had a lot of issues with apartment but one or two that have come up she has responded quickly and explained so I can understand.
I’m staying temporarily with my elderly mother who misplaced her keys. She lives in by 110 Cherryhill Circle. Janine had a new key and replacement key fobs in a day. She has been so kind, sweet and prompt with any issues. Other residents speak her praises as well. She is an excellent superintendent!!! Thank you.
Our building manager did an excellent job with the maintenance work and made sure everything was completed properly. She was professional, efficient, and respectful throughout the entire process.
