WARNING: Stay away from Park Property Management! I am absolutely furious with their atrocious customer service and deceitful staff. From the beginning, they have utterly failed to address any of my maintenance requests properly. The nightmare started with their staff banging on my door at 10pm, claiming they needed to check for a leak in the bathroom. Trash underground parking
I live there recently and the unit was not completed. After couple of weeks they asked for filling papers to get things fixed that were before I live in the Unit. After two months of weekly calls following up to repairs that was only half completed. They asked for another new work order to be filled. When I asked before I live they told it will take maximum one week or two. Unfortunately, up to today they didn’t do small fixes.
