Tochukwu is a good assistant superintendent.He helps quickly and gets problems fixed right away.Very helpful and reliable.

I have lived in various buildings in Canada and the building supretendent here is the best of all. He's very helpful, friendly and reliable. Fixes the problem promptly even after-hours and without delay. Emilio always picks up the call and replies to messages without delay. It's nice to have a friendly face around in the building and someone you can trust will fix any apartment issues one has.
180 Cherryhill Circle is a great place to live. I’ve been here for almost three years, and the superintendents are very attentive and quick to respond to residents’ requests. We currently have Emilio, who helped me promptly with a maintenance request in my apartment. Thank you!
