Hi, my Park Primary Care Family! I want to share with you my recent experience on July 22, 2025. I visited ACCU Lab for tests l needed prior to an upcoming MD appt. Esther was very pleasant, and welcomed me as if we'd known each other for years! I'm always nervous, because my veins are Not "user friendly". So, as I'm looking toward the door, for a quick escape, while whining about how Hard it's going to be for her to get my blood, Esther was FINISHED! Highly recommend. A great group of patient, caring, knowledgeable, efficient and compassionate people work there...from the desk staff to the doctors.
I’ve been coming to Park Primary, for a very long time. Dr. Thomas and his staff are professional and kind. They were the only ones who actually listened to me with concern and care when other doctors dismissed me. My children, who are now teenagers and young adults, also go to Park Primary. I know they are in the best hands. I love how they also have an urgent care side on site and an area to get X-rays and blood draws - best phlebotomists!!!
Came into the clinic for two separate issues, the assistant that came in took down my symptoms. I was seen By PA Ashley Knight, shortly after, who was helpful with my one issue I was having, but disregarded the second problem I came in for and said I never brought it up. Yet the assistant took down all my symptoms and issues on the laptop prior to her seeing me. I was never told they only treat one problem you are having per visit. Having a internist in the family who also works at clinics in California I will say that the staff and employees all do an excellent job and go above and beyond to help. I have been helped by more than one physician and most recently by Dr. Kass who did an excellent job.
