I just recently had a procedure done at the Summit Ambulatory Park Potomac. The place is clean and staff is courteous and, helpful and friendly. My Urologist is the best and most caring Dr. Explained the procedure as he was doing it. Chesapeake Urology. The nurse was amazing about easing my anxiety. I have no complaints. Healing well.

The Doctor was fine but the people/ staff there were the worse staff I have ever encountered. They were extremely rude and as I got dressed I got stomach cramps and had to use the bathroom because of that. The so called nurse knocked on the door and told me to hurry because they had another person coming in and they needed that room and said I have to get out of the bathroom. This staff is the worst Doctors office staff I’ve ever dealt with. I had surgery about six weeks ago, my first week after my surgery I was having trouble with various issues from my procedure I tried to make a appointment to be seen and was told if I could make it in the office before 3pm I could be seen. I couldn’t make it because I couldn’t get off work never heard from them again so I went to my primary doctor and urgent care and was treated for my problems.
