Ripe off – They write way to many letters and they must get incentives! Someone in the neighborhood complains and they send out a letter for the stupidest things. Yet they don't pay their bills. I know of a company that was doing work for them and they always paid late and claimed that they didn't get the bill even though it was sent to the same address for 3 years. No They Are Not Stupid, They Are Evil. – PPM is my management company. I am on the HOA board. Our CC&R's are remnanats of some other older subdivision, they are a legal nightmare and horribly written and unclear. They also contradict themselves in verbage. In meetings our PPM rep trys to lead the board around by the nose, she pushes a Nazi approach to everything. If the CC&R's don't line up to her needs, she asks the board to redefine CC&R verbage to mean something they don't even mean, without telling the residents. Their g... read more
Talk to your HOA – Perhaps instead of blathering on these pages you should speak to your HOA regarding the violations you have comitted? This company executes actions based on directions from others such as HOA's. Additionally, if you followed the rules you agreeded to when either purchasing the home or signing a rental agreement, you wouldn't have had to deal with fines. Take responsibility for your actions, or lack thereof and stop blaming others.

scammers total nightmare – This place is the worst and will put a lien on your house without notifying you. They said that they sent me 3 bills in the mail that I never received. They had my phone # although never called me and they also could have sent me a certified letter. However instead they just put a lien on my house that cost me an extra $200 to take off. Dumb as rock employee's – They send out letter to homeowners and make up stuff to put them in violation for. They have sent letters for cars being parked in driveways that they dont like evn if the car drivable and registered you will still get a letter. If you have a small dead spot in your grass watch out you will get a letter. Don't forget about your trash can. They send letters to homeowners on trash day for trash cans being out for pick up.They have even wrote letters to the wrong house and wont admitt they mess up. If ... read more
