The owners care less about their tenants. With everything happening with the virus and people losing hours at work they are not doing anything to assist the tenants with rent. Discussing on how they treat humans. They don’t care about anyone but their rent.

I do not recommend to live, these apartments are very old, insecure, dirty and expensive and care at the end of the contract, the administration find a way not to return the deposit, inventing damage
This is an absolute poor excuse for a place to live. The owners are money hungry and fine you for everything possible. There are bugs climbing on everything in the apartment, as well as appliances that will not work. Currently the ceiling is leaking on the furniture and they will not patch nor fix the ceiling. None of the stove tops are working and they will not replace. It is not upscale by any means. For there to be mold growing inside of the apartment and to have a preg person living in the apartment is absolutely a waste... read more
