Manuel work is fantastic when it’s comes to appliances, he fixed washer quick He’s very nice & great person
Great staff
Manuel was extremely knowledgeable about fixing our dryer unit. He accessed the screeching noise that became unbearable and knew exactly what the problem was. Within less than 24 hours Manuel came to the apartment and fixed the dryer unit, no problem. He is polite, courteous and great with curious little ones. :)
EDIT: I recently moved out so now I feel comfortable posting what actually goes on a Park Pointe! My initial post below is about the maintenance men, not the office staff or anything else. This edit is about the office staff. They are very stuck up and rude no matter how nice you are or if you have a question. They act like they are better than you in every way possible and don't like to help and are quick to place blame or throw shade when they're caught up.
