I was completely satisfied with how quickly Manuel came and attended to our concerns.
We had our Air conditioning unit break in the middle of summer. Manuel from the maintenance team was proactive in helping us fix the AC. He followed up regularly to keep track of the issue and made sure we had a portable AC while it was getting fixed.
Please don’t live here , they charge 550$ just for an application, if it’s denied they claim to give you a refund. What they don’t tell you is they make you wait 21 business days and the can only mail you a check, & refuse to return it to your card . I had my application denied a month ago & I’m still waiting for my refund,spoke to Amanda regarding the issue & she could clearly care less , please save yourself the trouble & don’t apply here .
