We were charged $350 for a smoking fee because someone on staff supposedly found evidence on the balcony. We were given photos of the evidence which are so blurred and obscure, I cant tell entirely what the photos show. Neither I, nor the classmate I was staying at smoke or even go out onto the balcony. Last stay took the 4th room to actually get a clean one. Assistant GM said to call back next time we were looking to stay and she would do something for us. Well shes now gone and the new lady is rude as h*** and extremely stand offish. She claims well I dont know what your expecting me to do at this point, idk clearly more than the nothing your doing!
