RecommendedGoing to the movies at Park Plaza is great fun whether the film is good or not. You can’t help but smile from the minute you walk through the door. Love it.
It was our first time going to this theater and we were not familiar with the interior layout and procedure after we picked our tickets up. We walked to the side of the refreshment stand and a woman came rushing out towards us and rudely asked “Where do you think your going?” as if we were trying to get away with something. Not a great first impression. That being said the seats were very comfortable and we appreciated being able to purchase our tickets online.
Such a quaint theatre!! We loved it!!!
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our movie experience at Park Plaza Cinema. The new seats in the theater are so comfortable but the family owned customer experience from the time we entered the theater until we left is just unheard of these days. While walking into the lobby after the movie I was greeted by the owner making sure we had a great experience. We will definitely be back!!!
On February 14th, the 11:30 showing of the movie downhill. Not acceptable. Took one hour for them to figure out it wasn't going to work and when it did work, it was blurry. . Getting your money back is a no-brainer. We should get our money back. But when I asked to have an additional credit to another showing the answer was no.

Stop the insanity of "picking a seat." There is no valid reason for this!
Excellent movie experience. Charming atmosphere and friendly service. Great place to enjoy a flick while on Hilton Head!
