Walls are super thin... can hear neighbors. No insulatuon in the ceilings... horribly hot in the summer. Manager leaves nasty notes. Extra $50+ a month on top of rent for trash, water, and sewage. But its a great location and looks nicer than Welland Gardens, thats for sure.
