Dishonest management. Had to jump through hoops and wait 2 months to get my security deposit back.
[Edit 2]: taken over by redstone residential, it's fallen in quality a lot. I'd say rent somewhere else but they own practically everything around Provo so good luck. No more 8 month contracts. Lots of random charges. [EDIT]: Although at first it seemed that we were faulted for a system glitch on their part, a little persistent inquiry yielded a satisfactory fix. There are some good things about the complex (location, ward, etc.) however, nothing can make up for the dishonest management by Redstone Residential. They have charged us for Google Fiber's free internet service and are very unresponsive in addition to a bunch of other fundamental issues.
