We have been tenants for 2 years. Not the luxury and safe experience as the website expresses. The pool has not been working consistently. The garage doors seldom work which leads to security issues. As I moved out this week found access doors where open again creating security issues. Response to maintenance items is lengthy and need to be constantly reminded to complete. Management seems to change every semester with the promise that everything will get better..... The location is convenient so that is a positive.

My daughter received a move-out statement on August 29th, 2022 for $217.00. The damage identified by the apartment was damaged by the previous renter and never repaired. On August 30th, 2020 I responded to the email from park place Waco with photos that were downloaded from the Park Place portal that had been submitted at move-in on August 21, 2021. I have lived at Park Place Waco for 3 years now. I have never had any problems. However, I feel like the staff tries their absolute best to make things right for their residents! I plan on living here another year!

Terrible experience living here. Its like no one even works here. The pool is green. The garbage chute has been broken for a month. Half of the computers don't work. The walls are paper thin. The water fountain ing gym always breaks. The apartment is just dirty in general I feel like nothing ever gets cleaned here.
