Manager Denise is awesome,conducts herself in a professional and polite manner as does all other staff. this complex is well light, grounds and laundry rooms are cleaned regularly, maintenance request are done promptly .neighbors are friendly and happy a nice complex nice atmosphere a nice place to call home..

I was very nervous of getting my own apartment especially after coming out of the military. I had no idea how it worked but I decided to make an appointment at Cinnamon Creek Apartments with the manager Olga Sosa. She is a very friendly and genuine person. I don’t reccomand this at all they have been saying over a year they will come fix our aparment i been living here for over 11 years now all they do is just take pictures and haven’t done anything so far and they keep pushing rent higher and higher , these are some pictures i have taken and the window that’s shattered it’s creating mold as you can see in the picture below and my daughter has asma and despiste all the bad odoro’s we breathe in we can get sick and i don’t think it’s fair for us.
RecommendedI highly recommend Allen Properties if you are in search for a new apartment. They have taken such good care oh me. Any time there is something needed to be fixed they are always on top of it. Also, everything is well maintained and they continue to make improvements. I highly recommend Cypress Gardens! Mariam is so great a friendly!
RecommendedI live in hidden springs in Riverside. This apartment complex has been nothing but amazing! We have been here for almost 2 years and have no complaints! Jessica is our new manager and she is doing such a great job!!! She knows us by first name, texts us when something comes up, the staff brings our packages right to our door instead of going to the office. They have little community activities as well.
