Honestly, this office is completely unreliable. The staff say one thing and then later contradict themselves with zero consistency. Almost a year ago, I asked about getting a dog and clearly stated the breed — an adult Doberman. I was told that if the dog were even slightly smaller (medium-sized), it would likely be approved. Fine. Now I come back, ask about adopting a 5-month-old mixed-breed puppy that is clearly medium-sized, and I get an immediate “NO” with no real explanation. So which is it?
