I've had a great and comfortable time at Park Place Tower. The management has been super helpful especially Pritika, she was there to help me out at every step.
As a resident who is living here for more than 4 years, I should note that due to some reasons which I don’t know (maybe the manager is changed?) but during last 6months I am having several maintenance issues and the maintenance services are unbelievably terrible! I put emergency maintenance request and they ignored until my house was flooded, a couple days later the sink was leaking and we put request, it’s been 3days and no one even bothered to come! Clean building, located in a quiet area with an extraordinary view of the river. The staff are very helpful and accommodating (Specially Simran who helped us alot when we moved to Edmonton and Pritika when we left about 1.5 years later).
Amazing service Great managers Care about tenants and their services i like this place and took it same day Amazing I am very proud of the dedication of this type of work and i will definitely refer some friends over thank you too both managers Great service :) :) Again thank you …!!!!!!
