Cons: 1. Our rent went from 1525.00 to 1789.00 in two years. This would continue indefinitely. 2. The water is shut off on average once a month. 3. We had weird bugs. Our first summer there, it was little flying bugs that seemed to come from the pipes. In the last months it was ants. Even though i kept the place very clean and kept food in sealed containers. 4. I've been renting at Park Place Tower for over a year and I only have positive things to say about my experience. The management team has been exceptional, they have always been so helpful and all concerns have been solved quickly. The community is well-maintained and the amenities are great. The location is also very convenient. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live.
