very poor service from all workers
Park Place Sprinter customer service is why you buy a Mercedes. Josh made me feel like I was his only client with the diligent communication, extreme understanding of all things Sprinter, and timeliness of repairs. Needed a few things done on my van and every step of the way I felt like I was right there with the communication of every step. Josh if you’re reading this, thank you!
Jason the service manager does not return phone calls. I have a Sprimter and passing through Dallas. My fuel gauge is not working. Needs a computer reboot. I know he was at the dealership. 3 days and still crickets.
Great experience. My Sprinter had electrical issues on my way from Tampa heading West. AJ squeezed me in without an appointment on a Friday afternoon after 04.00. The mechanic fixed it and I could continue my trip. Highly recommended!
