The property owners were very helpful with my family’s situations. Very reasonable super understanding and so helpful. They stayed late just to get the paperwork done for us so our move in was quick simple and easy. I would highly recommend it very nice place and good people.
I’ve loved living here so far. Rand Property Management has helped us out from the beginning with getting us in fast and always answering our questions. Maintenance has been fast and cooperative the one time we’ve needed help. The apartments are beautiful & spacious. We love it!
Over the past year or 2 management has really accommodated so much. They assess what is lacking / needs work and puts the effort into accomplishing that. This community has grown so much, and we are thankful to the team that has been working towards improving the property.
