Good price for a local-run storage. Prompt billing & communications. They've been good to rent from & the facility grounds are protected and clean.
Very clean and well kept units, Jim was quick to reply to any questions I had. Would recommend
Horrible communication. Was in contact with Jim over a month ago in regards to securing a unit come May 1st. He said he would have one for me. We chatted a few times as the date approached and set up a time to meet last week to pay and get the keys. He never showed and has not returned one of my voicemails or calls. Don't rely on Park Place. He is lucky we didn't have a trailer full of things for the storage unit that day. Going with an alternative company that has good communication.
Units leak water.
Great location. Jim was quick to return calls and emails. Priced well. I did not have any issues while renting a unit. I recommend them!
