Best storage place ever
Keyla is a great manager she helped me cutting my lock of the unit and give me full access to it, I will definitely recommend this location because of the great hospitality and communication
Keyla was so helpful and very professional!!! She’s made the whole process quick and to the point. Very helpful with showing me the unit before I paid. We need more people like her working in places!!!
Keyla at the Norwood location always exceptional. She went above and beyond to help me during a last minute request regarding a personal move from her location across the country. She was polite and understanding, walked me through the entire process, and made the experience easy despite there being lots of logistics to plan on my end. I could tell she takes pride in her work and really helped me out when I was trying to figure everything out. I would give rating of 10000 stars if possible. She was amazing!!!
