We would not recommend this company/contractor and anyone considering obtaining services should check with the Arkansas Contractor’s License Board for their current status. For at least 3 months during our project the contractor did not have a valid license, it was expired (unbeknownst to us). Unfortunately, we had an almost identical experience as the previous customer/reviewer. This company did a poor job managing an attic rebuild. The entire project had multiple errors due to the lack of the contractor’s presence on the job site. Subcontractors arrived on the wrong days without information on what and where the job was in the house. They were not directed to use the house's back door, even though we repeatedly asked the contractor to have them use that door. My Husband and I have rental houses throughout McKinney and we have found our forever roofing company. Park Place Roofing has replaced three roofs so far and we could not be happier with the quality of work. Brenda the owner is so easy to work with. She does what she says and says what she does.

Very disappointed in not only the quality of the work but the timeliness as well. Work was not performed that was charged and money was taken that was not earned. Additionally, my insurer complained of problems working with this vendor. Given the number of honest and hard working roofers, I would not recommend this vendor.

Park Place Roofing replaced my roof and gutters. I referred them to my neighbor and they used them too. They were so impressed that they used the same color shingle and gutters!
