Four months since moving out of his rental, the owner has still not sent deposit or list of damages. Said he mailed it and will mail it again, but still received nothing. I went above and beyond to care for the rental as if it was my own and took special care to leave it in the best condition possible. When moving out I requested a walk through with him, which he sternly denied! Saying he was too busy! So I did the best I could, but have not been shown the same respect in return.
