Absolutely thieves with security deposits.
This will be the most complete review you will ever read. In summary, stay way and do not do business with them Park Place is the WORST company you can ever deal with. I would not rent from them every again. I rented a proper from them starting in May of 2017 and here is how it went... 1) Unclean. We moved in and found that the house was a disaster. I would give them a negative 10 if possible! Kelli Eagle has lied the whole process. Contracts state the home was inspected, yet it was not, home has yet to be repaired and it's been 4 months and just a few things have ( replaced Light bulbs that were out when we got here and a bath tub which was in the middle of the floor and apart finally got fixed, that's it).
