I honestly I like PPPM My first week I moved in rental house from them they gave us a called to Ensure ask if everything's all right? And told us if theres anything they can help us/ assist to make our place better for are living better Just call them. And I was speechless when comes xmas they mailed us 2dinner gift cards. Wow I never see that in my renting history ever. Yes PPPM is very professional care about their tenants. And This is my 2nd. yrs we are Renting from them. THANK YOU PARK PLACE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.
If I could give this place negative stars, I would! Run, don't walk away from this place as fast as you can. From the beginning. I was promised to be able to move in, and on the day I was supposed to move in the apartment was not ready. The cleaning lady was cleaning my apartment as I was moving my stuff in, and the manager couldn't even be bothered to be in the office when I showed up to get the key. I had to wait. NO HOURS were posted on their website or on their leasing office.
We have been lucky to work with Park Place on many different aspects of property management. This isn't the easiest business to be in and in fact, more people dislike landlords than just about any other profession. With this said, I think Park Place does the best they can to both the owner of the property and the person leasing the property. Let me tell you how difficult of a rat race it is to find a good place in boise. Reality companies were unfair in their accepting of applications and did not work off a first come first serve basis which made it very difficult . park place gave us time and kindness and returned all calls within 24 hrs. so far so good with this review!!
I want you to know that my family was looking forward to having a place to call home, we took a risk on this company and well, this company is dishonest. As Monica Stated, Park Place took a picture of another duplex and showed it claiming this is the duplex we were renting. I would tell my friends and family to stay away.
They are in business to make money however they can. I don't even know where to start there have been so many problems. They tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to leave but in the end it is whatever they decide. They charge owners, tenants and whoever they can to make a buck.
