As a locksmith, I have gone to many businesses with lots of different staff, and I want to say Erica and Cindy are some of the best staff I have interacted with on the job. They are extremely friendly, they always have an upbeat attitude even when mishaps happen, and are just overall really good to talk to. They are open communicators, and are great with contractors who are new and unfamiliar with where to go. I knew right away I was in good hands with these two.

The property management team here (Cindy and Erica) are truly wonderful people. They are kind, accommodating, and help make this apartment a great place to live.

Avoid this place. My humble guess is that most positive reviews here were written by landlord’s friends, relatives, or those lucky tenants who have been treated as it is supposed to be once in a while just to get a positive review. If you have things in your apartment that obviously must be repaired or replaced, you are on your own. I've lived here for 17 years and it doesn't get any better. I will be following up with photos and a YouTube link of a slide show with photos and videos to share (it's a work in progress). I have never and will never refer anyone to rent from Skyline Living. Reply: I have yet to posted for the repairs needed. I have not heard back from the Skyline accountant or the director when I emailed them directly as money is owed to me.
