Staff was nice, the service was nice. But the prices WOW. To give an idea my nails BEFORE we're the Grey and I paid $90 total. New set, plus design, & tip. The green set they just did was a FILL, 4 nails repaired and a basic color and they charged me $80 BEFORE tip. Kinda sad because theyre close to home and definitely would've came back but for $80 I could be going else where and getting designs. I love my fresh set of gel x nails& color! Awesome pedicure!
Don’t get your eyebrows done here…. I popped in for a quick brow wax and left with more missing skin than eyebrow. Picture is 24 hours later. I’m not sensitive to waxing and a little patch of missing skin is to be expected every once in a while but this seemed excessive. Staff was very kind but I think the gal that did my brows might need some more training.
Yesterday I went to get a pedicure which was done nicely but wasn't done by the person I requested secondly I requested to get the 47.00 pedicure with two five-dollar overlays on the big toe which should have made my bill 57.00 however I was charged 78.00 for no known reason... I usually get my nails and toes done together the price has never been more then $110 with two different nail colors and an additional tip of 10 to $20 depending on if they're two technicians working on me or not. I had a terrible experience here. I came in for acrylic removal and gel polish, and the older lady working on my toes was way too rough. She dug into my skin with clippers, overcut my nail, didn’t shape or clean up my cuticles, and rushed the remover process instead of letting it sit. Now my nail is uneven and sore. Definitely not worth the money.
