I’ve had trouble with my car and been kicked around dealerships due to after market warranty issues. Thank goodness I got to this dealership! Juan in service provided a more than perfect experience all the way around. From trying to fix my issues, dealing with my warranty group and fixing all my problems. It was a great experience. Davis was great to work with and very helpful. He went out of his way to be overly attentive to ensure every detail was covered during our purchase. He went as far to even wipe down the car after it came out of detail to ensure that it was perfect. Would definitely do business again with Mercedes of Grapevine.
