Couldn’t ask for a better sales rep than Ricky. Coming as a first-time car buyer, he was patient and attentive to all of my questions and concerns. Made the process as transparent as possible and helped expedite the process without me having to physically come to the dealership whenever possible. Travis and Alex were PHENOMENAL. They did an amazing job taking care of my car troubles. I usually get serviced in Dallas because it's convenient but I certainly did not trust them when I was having issues with the battery! I took my car in and Alex was so accommodating, he was able to get me a rental car and since he provided me with a way to get around, I didn't mind how long they needed to keep my car.
