Fantastic place to take your vehicle for service. Took great care of me and my vehicle.
Excellent service. Long Tran was professional and efficient.
Service is fine. But is lacking. Sewell makes you feel like you are important and matter. Here, I find myself waiting around longer than needed. Communication with a service advisor is difficult and cumbersome. I had to wait on hold for over 10 minutes to reach my advisor. Then to add insult to injury, when I got my car back from the service department, my sunglasses were missing. Not saying they were stolen there, but they were gone when I picked up my car.
