Post your complaints with Texas Attorney General-more than one complaint and they just might look into the business practices of Park Place of Lexus.. I purchased my Lexus from PP Lexus of Plano. I took my car there july 11th and finally had it delivered to another repair shop today 8-13-24.,*Park Place said my car needed a lower controller arm, it was twisted. Ignoring me after breaking my car . There are 2 incidents and they are saying working on it .its been 2 months now . Worst service Ever and their Management just route your calls to different departments and ends up getting it voice mail.
My family and I have used Plano Parkway Lexus for many years. Kenny Adekoya has been very instrumental in all our purchases. He is very reliable,dependable and trustworthy. My family and I have depended and has relied on Kenny for all our vehicles. He has never missed a birthday or anniversary.
Don't deal with them ever! Worst place I ever dealt with. They are liars and not professional. As soon I signed the papers about loan they dropped the rest of commitment they were supposed to hep me with. Stopped taking my calls and ignoring me including the Used car sales manager and sales person. Trying to reach out to General Manager now.
