My daughter and I visited Park Place. Our sales experience has been absolutely terrible. After purchasing her vehicle, the sales man delivered the vehicle to her place of employment. While there the 50 year sales man proceeded to make suggestive comments toward my 25 year old daughter- going as far as asking her out for drinks. The sales man never provided the contract when delivering the car. I’m so unimpressed! Sales man never sent a thank you. Never received a call that our tags were in… Made an appointment for an emergency repair to tires…arrived the next day and we weren’t on the schedule….we’re told it would be 1 hour and 45 minutes to wait… Asked for a loaner car and 40 minutes later we’re still waiting to get one… So much for The Hype of excellent customer service
