I actually met Elliot in Jan of 2025 at a conference in Miami, FL. I worked with Elliot on our first deal for over a year due to waiting on permits, title issues, unique custom property, all items that needed to be cleared up prior to closing on our end....and he was patient, hung in there with us, and guided us to closing on this new construction project. Now, finally with permits in hand, we closed, and we can get this one built, and come back for the next project with Elliot...THANKS!
I just closed my first loan with Mario and Matt with Park Place Financing . It was a great experience. My file closed on time with no problems. The process was smooth and stress free. At the end of the loan, 5 days prior to the scheduled closing date, I went on a pre-scheduled family vacation. Matt continued to work on my file even though I was away from my desk and email.
