The folks I met were lovely. But the policies are clearly paperwork driven not patient driven. A lot of the requirements around care felt like they just wanted more $ for visits and testing. Disappointing.
Initially I had a problem with the MP not prescribing medications or showing up to her follow-up visit. However the rest of the staff and the doctor were all extremely apologetic and professional and more than made up for her lack of professionalism.
We waited for more than an hour, but the service inside was good !!
I have been a patient here until recently because I moved and have always had a positive experience.
