This is a great place to go to. I have had no problems. They’re very accommodating me to my needs.
Ms. Anderson, B. at the check-in desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her lack of compassion and concern was clearly evident during the time she spent with myself during the check-in process. I understand this is an income based dental/medical practice, however, everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. I called this place multiple times to get the cost for my mom to see a doc and we were told $175 each time. We only went because they said it was $175. (after running around to get a document from the Wage center to prove she has never worked since she came to this country,) She went and they took a blood sample for a lab and now 6 months later we get s bill that said the visit cost $379 and we have to pay $204 more. The folks I met were lovely. But the policies are clearly paperwork driven not patient driven. A lot of the requirements around care felt like they just wanted more $ for visits and testing. Disappointing.
Initially I had a problem with the MP not prescribing medications or showing up to her follow-up visit. However the rest of the staff and the doctor were all extremely apologetic and professional and more than made up for her lack of professionalism.
