Been here for nine months now, pretty good place. Maintenance crew is good and tries to keep on top of everything. The office management ladies are great on handling issues that come up and are very understanding with issues. I seen them and the maintenance crew bent over backwards for tenants here.

Been very understanding to me and my situation. Help me any way they can. Their care for tenants go far beyond just renting them a place to live. Girls in the office go above and beyond at times for me, and maintenance are always a phone call a way. Definitely signing another year lease!
While the proximity to essential amenities is highly convenient, I have encountered challenges regarding the timely resolution of maintenance issues and the fulfillment of commitments. The prolonged wait times for repairs are a significant concern. Although I acknowledge the demands of a busy schedule, the lack of follow-through on promised actions is problematic. Consequently, at this juncture, I am unable to provide a recommendation. On top of that owner is lazy doesn't provide the things the apartments needs big red flag.
So I have been living in my apt for over 2 yrs , every time I had a problem fixed it in good timing never had to wait days on them they usually do it that day or next day , the maintenance guys are all nice and the ladies in the office are very sweet and help in anyway they can , I seen some post talking about bugs so I haven’t had that issue honestly they spray every mth but I also take my own precautions cause you never how your neighbors are living plus I keep my apt cold and well they don’t like that so I don’t deal with... read more
