Too bad 0 stars isnt a option their way of remodeling is to just spray paint over everything and call it good . They wont fix a central heat and air unit period i was there for 4 years central unit broke the first year the manager rather explained to me that they do not have the funds to replace them and the window units I had to beg and cry for they wouldn't maintain those either if you expect repairs to be done look elsewhere. I would rather live in my car than deal with a place like this again.

Awesome new management!! **BACK STORY** We were supposed to move to Pineywoods (also under the same company) on March 1st. The previous management made us sign the lease without even seeing the apartment! We went in all excited to move in on March 1st (new management’s first day) and was told we couldn’t move in because of a problem with the apartment. They never answer the phones and their voice-mail boxes are always full 1/5 for horrible customer service
They never fix any of the problems … they make the rent go up but fix nothing !!! My bed room has flooded 7 times since I have lived here and they come look at it and assure me it’s fine .. then every time it rains go figure flooded ..
