I love the team at Park Dental. They are kind, and professional. I feel like I’m in good hands with my dental needs.
I didn’t want to leave this review because I loved Dr. Chen but this practice leaves me no choice. First they billed me relentlessly for a cleaning exam that should have been covered by insurance. The first bill came SIX months after my visit. I called relentlessly to get answers. MONTHS LATER they responded to me, but only after I threatened to contact the Attorney General’s office. If you are a new patient make sure they run your insurance before you get any procedures done.
This dental place is not IN Network with WellCare Dual Liberty insurance, the first gal I talked to said they do take WellCare then I get a call on the day of my appointment and they tell me that they don't accept my insurance. I was heartbroken when I had to cancel my appointment.
