I want to begin by saying that the staff and dentist at Park Place Dental struck me as genuinely kind, caring, and well-intentioned. Unfortunately, my overall experience left me with serious concerns about their approach to patient care, communication, and treatment planning. Dr. Karen Wang, whom I had previously seen for routine cleanings and whose approach to dental care I had experienced as conservative several years earlier, recommended eight fillings and a partial crown to be completed over just two or three visits. I had tetracycline staining which was very visible, and I had been self-conscious about smiling and showing my teeth for many years. Dr. Chen did an excellent job with veneer crowns on my upper teeth. He genuinely cared about my teeth and provided exceptional care with compassion. I cannot thank him enough for bringing my smile back!
Dr. Chen has been my dentist for the past 10+ years and have only had great experiences. Dr. Wang is also amazing and recommend her to anyone!!!
Dr. Karen Wang is an excellent dentist. She is very kind, thorough, and highly skilled. The rest of the staff, including the front desk, hygienists, and assistants I interacted with, are all friendly and very competent.
