After reading this review, I felt I had to comment. Our son is a student at Fredonia and after careful consideration we chose Park Place. We have had such a positive experience there. The staff and management are very friendly and one of the reasons we chose this apartment was the secure access doors. To be honest we were really drawn to the new construction and its been great. These apartments look great when we looked at the model they have. But once you are actually living there everything changes. First of all no oine ever takes out there garbage so the hallways smell like cheeseburgers and garbage., its so gross and yes everything is secured entry. But the smokes put rocks in the doors and leave them so the doors wont lock there so not very secure.
