We booked them for My daughter Sweet 16 for September 19th of this year 2020. We booked on March 2, 2020 and 18 days Later on March 20, 2020 California went on Lockdown, And at that time everything was canceled. Today is September 21, 2020 and yet still no events and 6 months later yet Park Catering does not want to refund my 500.00 deposit and 250.00 payment that was made to them 18 days before lockdown. My venue was In downey 15th birthday event and the food was good staff is very friendly . I love the way the venue was arranged . Definitely recommend, my family loved it as well. Very spacious holds 300.
Park place has incredible delicious food and service!! Absolutly love it!! They supply you with almost everything you need so your event is succesfull! I would recommend it to anyone planning a special event. --a recent costomer.:D
My cousin had her sweet 16 birthday food was not good. My sister had her wedding at the Downey location, food was horrible , i didnt eat anything at all. we were suppose to have an event coordinator, there was no coordinator there that day. When you do the business with them they say one thing, but later they change what they have promise for your event. THEY CHARGE 15% GRATUITY WITHOUT ASKING IF YOU WANT TO GIVE THIS GRATUITY. SUPPOSEDLY FOR "TIP" I SPOKE TO SOME EMPLOYEES THEY DON'T GET ANY TIP. I DONT RECOMMEND!
