Great location and amenities. Pretty landscape. Beautiful apts. and reasonable rent. Brody (Tour Guide) was informative, helpful, and kind with a fabulous sense of humor.
Was interested in possibly becoming a tenant. Scheduled a tour. Arrived at property. No one in the rental office. Entered their community room (tiny). Reached out to the employee who scheduled our 1st meeting as nobody was available. Called her and thought I had just woken her up. Took the next 20 minutes asking the tenants that happened to enter the room if they liked living there. A tenant who lived there over 9 years said place had gone downhill. No maintenance on staff. Parking for the medical offices can be crowded. I recommend being mentally (and/or physically) prepared to park further away, maybe into the residential parking spaces within the lot.
