Was good when I first moved in 9 months ago, but new management took over, and now the place is going down. Elevator's break, they don't get fixed for four or five months, hallway carpets are filthy, they don't clean them. The pool was green, they took days to clean it out, who knows how much longer it's going to stay clean. My freaking Owen won’t work and it sucks and I can’t even feed my children don’t ever come here
Love it here, only been here for a few months, but apartments are beautiful, and Tenants I've met are all nice. Maintenance is also very nice, and quick to fix anything that breaks. Would suggest to anyone who asks.
I lived at Park Place in Wilton for almost a year until my boyfriend and I decided to terminate our lease early due to ongoing harassment from our neighbor. The issue started when she began complaining that our 8-pound cat was too loud at night. This neighbor lived next door to us—not downstairs—so noise from a small cat seemed unreasonable.
