I visited Park Place of Fountain City in October to help pass out candy for their Trunk or Treat event, and it was such a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the residents were so kind and welcoming. When the rain moved us indoors, I had the chance to see their recent renovations—and all I can say is wow. The place looks absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend visiting or getting involved with this wonderful community!
I have a friend who recently moved from Park Place after almost 2 years. She had an antique secretary that belonged to me. When I went to pick it up on Oct 26th, 2025 it was covered in mold after being in her apt for less than 90 days. After looking at more items in the same room there was Mold on all of the paintings on the wall, the back of her leather recliner. The recliner was purchased new in June of 2025. Looked into Park Place for my dad. Ryan was amazing and answered all our questions. Staff was friendly and a few residents we met on the tour were all so nice and welcoming.
