I have tried to get a problem fixed with the air conditioning / heater, that when running the air conditioner ( after an hours time ) water leaks down the side of the heater to the air intake below the filter. This makes a puddle of water that leaks out under the wall to the hallway. Leaking water causes mold, which being in the air duct gets sucked up and blown throughout the apartment. This is a big health problem, the filter that is installed is the most cheap type you can buy, it definitely would not trap the mold spores... read more
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! This complex is disgusting. Any positive reviews for the property are FAKE! No sane person could ever think of something nice to say about this place. Homeless people setting fires! Cockroach infestations, homeless people breaking into the building, and cars in the lot. UNSAFE!! We broke our lease to get away from the nightmare that is this property. Management would not fix the A/C for over 2 weeks when it was over 100°. Management regularly does not answer phones. Showed 2 bedroom available made an appt to view 24 hours later they confirmed, showed up slightly before appt and they "didn't have any 2 bedrooms" then why confirm the appt for a 2 bedroom and make me wast an hour....
Latina lady showing us units couldn't or wouldn't answer questions about prices for rentals. Shortly after touring, I looked at rental posting again and saw that the rental rates had gone up significantly - aha! that's why she was coy and deflecting answering my direct questions. The reason I had chosen to tour here was because rents were reasonable. Now it's off my list as a possible home.
