I rented from Park Place apartments approximately 8 yrs ago when it was under a different manager and management company. The prior management released me from my lease approximately 3 months early without any penalties due to my father's sickness and the need for an in home caregiver. My problem is the fact, had I known I been sued by this new management company(never received any court paperwork) and that my wages would just now be garnished, I would of sublet my apartment that many years ago. We had a bad experience from the first day we moved in 600 dollars just for the security deposit then not long after we moved in they started complaining we stink it was the building that was stinking not us we also were told it would be renovated and it wasn't there was cracks in the wall the ceiling was caving in the shower head wasn't installed right the tub wouldn't drain or plug right not to mention they put the fixtures in the tub to hold your soaps etc where you where hitting your elbow or head on them the heat didn't... read more
Freshly moved in at the beginning of August 2023. I will update this if needed in the future. If no updates, all remains true in my experience. Summary: The reviews are not doing Park Place justice. This place deserves at LEAST 4/5 stars. Reasoning below. Keep in mind this is my personal experience. Highlights: Since being here, my girlfriend and I have enjoyed the place. Great staff!
This has been a wonderful place to live. I moved in 2 years ago, intending it as a temporary residence but now plan to stay until this old body can't handle steps anymore! Office & maintenance staff are friendly, competent, and very responsive. My building (O) has a delightful array of residents, ranging from students to young families to middle aged couples to older folks like me.
