Great communication with both manager and maintenance. Nice apartments and very quick to fix any issues.
This apartment complex has horrible management especially from the park place manager. They also have carpet bugs! The parking organization is horrible! It’s very rare to come home and find somewhere to park because people are always having their guests stay there taking up parking that we barely have! There is only one laundromat in the entire complex and the machines are always broken and can’t be fixed on weekends. There is also mold in the apartments.
