One of the best communities I have ever lived in - great and super helpful management team (Bryan, Athena, Vaishali, all others), great rooms, fantastic gym (and other amenities) and overall great community. Can't recommend them highly enough!
A really nice and really easy place to live. The hosts are top notch: competent, professional, and friendly and helpful.
The sudden 5 star reviews are hilarious. The management does not focus on resolving the residents issues, even tiny one they will always beat around the bush, doesn't admit their commissions and make things right. Even for tiny request you have to spent some effort talk back and forth to make them on the move. Management team especially some male managers are arrogant and lie and I'm surprised even after so many complaints they are still giving misleading feedback . I just wanted to leave a review for Athena, one of the leasing agents. We had an unfortunate bad experience with a 3rd party vendor that Park uses. Athena called me right as I discovered the issues, so I was very much in the throws of my frustration. She was absolutely wonderful. She listed to my angry rant, completely validated my experience, had the issue solved in 20 minutes, and has taken over managing the follow-up. She is a kind soul who does her job very well.
