Late night service is really helpful! Issiah in particular was responsive when I had a late night emergency and swiftly mediated in until the morning crew could investigate further!
Great experience for an apartment. Great neighbors and location as well. Always felt respected by the team too.
I lived here for 3 years in both a 1 and a 2 bedroom in Park Place South. In my experience, the location and management are unbeatable. Management is extremely communicative, kind, and take care of the premises: regular power-washing, takes care of pests, etc. Maintenance was always quick to respond.
Update: Park Place management: You CANNOT knowingly VIOLATING the city's ordinance - You CANNOT be silent about ongoing construction and suddenly right before holidays announced to your residence that you will do construction on another federal holiday - Memorial Day. Your last response avoided addressing the issue and do you even CARE? They always have very bad management over the constant constructions and Maintenance! I’ve really enjoyed living at Park Place. The location is honestly one of the best parts — everything is so convenient while still feeling peaceful and quiet. Castro Street is nearby with so many great cafes and restaurants, the library is within walking distance, Caltrain is super accessible, and there are beautiful parks around like Eagle Park and others nearby.
