the recurring water leakage issue in my apartment, which has been ongoing for the past few years. Whenever there is heavy rainfall, water leaks into the flooring of my apartment. I have submitted multiple maintenance requests in the past; however, they are repeatedly closed stating that the issue has been resolved. From the moment I met Deborah Rivera, at Park Place Apartments I was very impressed by her commitment to do a good job! Deborah made sure she answered all of my questions, and after I left, and had another question, she was very glad to answer it! Leasing the apartment was a very smooth process - she was thorough and efficient. I felt she went the "extra mile" and print off the bus schedules, to include in my folder. Overall, she has such a pleasant personality and feel she will go far in life! I feel like I gained a friend!
Deborah & Gabby were both professional and Helpful. They stayed late to help fill out application with me and Zack. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Highly recommend him.
