Is there a small one bedroom apartment
Jennifer is lovely super. I lived there years ago and the place was always so well kept, she was friendly and helpful and so sweet to the families and children. She puts alot of work and extra effort into decorating and making the place look great. Even though I moved out a few years ago, I still think of her from time to time! I miss park place!
Jennifer is by far the best landlord that my family and myself have had. The building is keeped very clean. And if I have any problems with my unit she will take care of it in a timely manner.

277 Anderson Ave has the best Building Manager! She is so dedicated to keeping the building spotless and the tenants happy. She actually calls the building ‘her building’ and is so friendly, I would totally recommend living here.
