I’ve been living there for 4 years now, and never had I seen a roach until a month ago. I went to the office to let them know but they were not in the office and so, they never took care of it. I am now moving out because they are not on top of that or my issue with my washer not draining since April. I literally had to keep turning it on on drain and spin cycle, several times before it finally drained.
