Ms. Yvette is the best leasing manager we’ve had since I’ve lived at these apartments. She is super nice, friendly, and always urgent when it comes to helping residents. Honestly, I can’t think of a better property manager than her, period. And now she has an even stronger team player—Tom, the new maintenance man. He is amazing! He communicated with me very well and was extremely nice and respectful. Park Place is definitely going in the right direction with these two.
This place has no functioning cameras. They're there, but if you go in the office, you can clearly see they're all unplugged. Terrifying. I would never live here.
I feel bad for the residents
