This complex is absolutely horrendous. The “landlord” NEVER responds to any phone calls or texts, she only contacts you or shows up at your door asking for money. Claims tenants haven’t paid their monthly rent. When said tenants show proof of monthly rental payment she avoids them completely. She doesn’t maintain this property at all, any issues that arise it comes down to the tenants having to do repairs on their own out of pocket. Pictures speak louder than words.
The landlord will try to screw you out of your money every chance she gets. Theres always a lack of communication or just NONE at all. She doesnt hire licensed electricians/plumbers to fix ANYTHING, she takes months to even fix something you need done. She doesn't uphold any of the maintenance on the buildings correctly. She does not do pest control correctly. Just a guy who comes and sprays roundup when you call about roaches. The buildings either have a roach or spider infestation, specifically brown recluses.
