The landlord will try to screw you out of your money every chance she gets. Theres always a lack of communication or just NONE at all. She doesnt hire licensed electricians/plumbers to fix ANYTHING, she takes months to even fix something you need done. She doesn't uphold any of the maintenance on the buildings correctly. Edit : we have lived here 4 months the place is still a mess , the people downstairs have crap everywhere like a freaking junk yard . The land lord is unresponsive & doesn’t care . DO NOT MOVE HERE !! It’s terrible We are just moving into here , we came from out of state .we paid a deposit & a pet deposit 825 & 600$ total . The condition of the apartment is in very poor Condition . Everything is filthy dirty .. stains and rips in carpets , no fresh paint , nail holes in walls , oven & stove are dirty as can be … that’s the t... read more
Week 2 of having no hot water, 5th attempt by the local handyman the landlord sent to fix it he just shut my water off. ive had no water at all for 2 days now. i have to drive up the road to use the bathroom, and have been peeing in my sink. my son uses a bowl. he's 5 and has not taken a bath in 2 weeks due to this situation. I'm pretty sure we're headed to court over this.
